Oral surgeon serving Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Fort Lauderdale patients have plenty of general dentists nearby, but oral surgery is a different specialty — and most people want it done by someone who does it every day. OMS Associates is a private oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, and our Southwest Ranches office is a straightforward drive west for anyone living or working in Fort Lauderdale, from downtown and Las Olas out to the western suburbs.
Dr. Ramon Perez-Rosich is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has been operating in South Florida since 2007. Your consult, your surgery, and your follow-up are all handled by him.
Why Fort Lauderdale patients choose OMS Associates

- The same surgeon for consult, procedure, and follow-up
- Same-day procedures scheduled when clinically appropriate
- 3D imaging and surgical planning under one roof
- 4.9-star Google rating across 425 reviews
What we treat for Fort Lauderdale patients
Wisdom teeth removal
Many Fort Lauderdale patients come to us after an impacted third molar turns up on a routine dental X-ray, or after a wisdom tooth flares up over a weekend. Same-visit consult and extraction is often possible. More about wisdom teeth removal →
Dental implants
From a single missing tooth to a full-arch reconstruction, every implant case is mapped with 3D imaging before anything is placed. More about dental implants →
Sinus lifts and bone grafting
If an upper back tooth has been missing a while, the bone may need rebuilding before an implant. We do both lateral-window and crestal sinus lifts. More about sinus lift →
Exposure and bond
For impacted canines flagged by an orthodontist, we expose and bracket the tooth so traction can begin. More about exposure and bond →

Insurance and cost
We accept most major dental and medical insurance plans. Call 954-693-0026 with your insurance information before the consult and the front desk will confirm coverage in advance. Self-pay patients get a clear written estimate — no surprises on procedure day.
