Our Southwest Ranches office is at 15661 Sheridan St, Southwest Ranches, FL 33331. From central Fort Lauderdale, the simplest route is I-595 west to the Southwest Ranches area, then a short hop to Sheridan Street — generally a 20–30 minute drive depending on traffic and where in the city you start. Patients coming from the western neighborhoods near Plantation and Davie often find it shorter still.

The assistant took the x-rays in 1 minute and the doctor was very professional and caring during the procedure.   • I can't say enough — they are the absolute best! The staff is amazing and they are well equipped, especially if you struggle with anxiety. Wisdom teeth removal can be scary but if I could do it again I would choose Dr Perez and his team 1000 times over. They are the gold standard.
